With Canada’s abundance of natural resources and the growing demand for materials essential to the renewable energy market, our company saw a need for superior quality, domestically manufactured product embracing ESG principles.

ESG stands for Environmental Social and Governance and refers to these three key factors when measuring the sustainability and ethical impact of a company. 

To address this, DWT has implemented the latest technology which includes the following:

• New melting power packs to improve efficiencies and power consumption.
• State-of-the-art automated vacuum moulding line (this eliminates the use of chemicals, eliminates waste sand as 100% is reclaimed, and reduces emissions as no chemicals are used).
• Closed loop cooling systems to dramatically reduce water consumption
• Locally sourced raw materials which we then melt and re-purpose in our Domite castings.
