- Chocky bars and Star plates are commonly used to protect the cutter head & areas around the muck ring.
- Wafer strips and flights are used to protect the screw conveyor & chamber.
Their long life and easy install makes them the ideal candidate for hard to reach locations. They are much quicker to install than traditional hard facing & longer lasting than AR plates.
