- Conventionally used AR & cast steel shrouds (350-450 BHN) are designed for impact resistance and toughness while compromising abrasion resistance.
- DOMITE® shrouds consist of a hardened cast alloy steel (450 BHN) to provide the same impact.
- Resistance and toughness, only incorporating strategically placed DOMITE® CWI (725 BHN) in high wear areas to provide maximum resistance doubling life.
DOMITE BOLST
Bolt on Lip shroud technology.
Spade, Straight or in between teeth and adapters can accommodate all options. Wheel loader lips often wear from the bottom up, the Domite BOLST have Domite CWI in the bottom offering the resistance required. Last 9x Longer than AR450 plate lips!
Heel Shroud
Protect the corner edges. Not bulky vs OEM heel shrouds, maximize penetration with out compromising resistance.
Skid Bars and Plates
Protect the bottom & heel plates and base edge. Weld on or mechanical options available.
Shell Liners
Anti hang up shell liners (the high chrome content of DOMITE ensures it has a low coefficient of friction) line the inside of the bucket. Easy to install and modular arrangement to fit any bucket.
Chocky Bars
So versatile they can be used in so many areas. To protect the base edge end protectors, around adapters and on the edge of the rock deflectors, the rockers/ and sidebar edges.
Buttons
Fill in awkward areas requiring wear protection. They propagate material bedding and protect the sub straight of the bucket. Also used around adapters and shrouds.
Wing Shrouds / Round Bars
Increased penetration & protection of bucket cheek plates / side bar.
